High School: At South St. Paul Secondary School, Carter competed on the dance team from 2019-25 and participated in the Minnesota State High School Dance Team Tournament in 2024 and 2025.

Personal: Daughter of Heidi Carter and Adam Carter. Majors in Psychology. Was a 2026 DX AmeriCup College Jazz Champion and serves as a WSAAC representative.

I chose St. Catherine University because:  it felt like the perfect place to grow both academically and as a dancer. I loved the welcoming community and the opportunities it offered, while also allowing me to pursue my passion for dance and work toward my psychology degree.

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's? I enjoy being a student-athlete because it gives me a sense of purpose and keeps me motivated. I love having something to work toward both in the classroom and in the studio, while being surrounded by teammates who push me to be my best.
